We continue to introduce people who are developing and improving IQeon. We are glad to introduce Inna Shman, an SMM Specialist!

Inna graduated from Art College with a degree in Graphic Design, then she enrolled at Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts at the course “Management of Advertising and Public Relations”.

After having studied, Inna worked as a designer, and later got hired by an advertising agency, where she created advertising banners and visual content for social networks of the largest Belarusian brands. It was then that Inna began to be interested in promoting companies on social networks. So, SMM promotion courses, practical workshops and conferences helped her to master the new profession.

At IQeon, Inna has been promoting company projects for more than a year. Her daily responsibilities include maintaining the gaming platform communities, increasing activity in them, attracting new users and visitors to the site, participants to groups, launching and monitoring advertising campaigns, generating activities – contests, polls, quizzes and games.

SMM is a whole package of works! Creative approach is an essential part of it. It’s necessary to constantly generate new ideas, because, as in any form of advertising, in social networks people pay attention to something outstanding.”

Inna believes that in order to create a specific strategy for promotion in social networks, it is necessary to comprehensively study the activities of the company, to immerse into the product as much as possible. The more information a specialist has, the more accurate it will reach the target audience. In addition, in order to grab the attention of users, it is important to understand what are the current trends and implement them.

The market is constantly laying down the rule. Every year, it’s becoming more and more difficult to keep the attention of users, because social networks are oversaturated with content. Therefore, it is necessary to go with creativity when generating content and choosing the mechanics of activities and promotion in general. Today, a growing number of companies use dynamic content as video and animation instead of static one. Now such social networks as TikTok, YouTube, Telegram are considered to be edgy ones. And SMM Specialist needs to consider these trends. Interaction, communication, emotional content – this is the future of advertising.

At IQeon, Inna faced with the promotion of a gaming product for the first time. The specifics of the platform imposes certain features on the promotion. Very often you have to carefully check and configure ads so as not to violate the rules of the site for placement, for example, Facebook or Instagram.
